The available diagnostic tests you can perform, which surgeries your vets can do. Basically, what can we have done here so we don’t have to go somewhere more expensive such as the VCA.

How about some information on petitioning the state to stop dog (and I think cat) owners from having to have the blood test performed to purchase heart worm medicine! Large animal owners do not HAVE to have the blood test performed in order to purchase the preventative care medicines. I find this very irritating and costly. I think it would also help to bring the cost of the preventative meds down too.

Being new in town and having a pampered pet, I found this site to be the most helpful overall. Definitely agree with Sarah about an information page on the staff along with a picture next to their bio. It would be helpful to also see a basic pricing sheet for grooming services. Online scheduling would also be a value add feature.

The reason the testing is done is to prevent from harming your pet. Heartworm preventative can do serious damage to your pet if they already have a full blown case of heartworms.

I, too, would love to see information about the vets and the sorts of procedures you offer. I’m considering switching to your clinic from the place I’ve been taking my dog for the last few years, and I’d love to have more of a sense of that.
