When planning your pet’s Resort stay, please schedule Grooming services ahead of time to guarantee availability. Grooming is available Monday – Saturday. Groomers determine the price of each dog’s groom based on condition of coat, breed, and time taken on each individualized groom. Full grooming includes haircut, bath, basic brush out, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, and anal gland expression.

Base charges for a bath with NO haircut are as follows: Dogs under 25 lbs start at $40, 26-60 lbs start at $50, 61-100 lbs start at $55, and over 100lbs start at $60.

Feline grooming is available but requires sedation and an exam prior to their sedated groom. Exams are $54 and then sedated feline grooms begin at $125.

New clients to grooming will be required to put a $20 deposit down to schedule.

Also if a Grooming request is cancelled by an owner the day of grooming, half the cost of the scheduled grooming will be charged. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

If you’ve simply requested for your dog to receive a bath while boarding and not a full grooming, the boarding bath will be given on the day of departure. Boarding baths include just being cleaned and dried by our boarding staff, not care from our grooming team. Please pick up your pet AFTER 2 PM Monday – Saturday if receiving a bath with our boarding team. You will not be charged a boarding fee for Monday – Saturday stays with a bath the last day.  If your pickup day is a Sunday, Sundays always incur a boarding fee and the pickup hours are 4pm-8pm.
